Jana has worked as a clinical Dietitian at Maui Memorial Hospital, and as Clinical Nutrition Manager and Assistant Director of Patient Services at UCSD Medical Center. Joni has worked in the food and nutrition field since 1984 and has held positions as a clinical dietitian and food service manager. She is an employee of ARAMARK. Joni is originally from Michigan where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics from Michigan State University. |

Chuck is an employee of ARAMARK, working for the past 15 years in business dining and hospitals. Born and raised in Michigan, he graduated from Western Michigan University and furthered his education as a chef by attending and graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley. |

Deirdre has more than 14 years in the food service industry, earning her degree in Nutrition Science from the Community College of the Air Force. She served ten years of active duty in the U.S. Air Force as a certified Diet Therapy Craftsman. In the past three years as an employee for ARAMARK, Deirdre first worked as the Clinical Nutrition Manager for Palomar Continuing Care Center before taking on her current role at Palomar Medical Center. |

Mark joins Palomar Health from Las Villa del Norte Retirement Community and Health Center in Escondido, where he was the Director of Food Services/Executive Chef. |
