Palomar Continuing Care Center is a 96-bed skilled nursing facility, providing a continuum of care for a variety of adult patients with post acute and long-term needs. Affiliated with Palomar Medical Center, the facility also provides supportive rehabilitation services designed to improve function and ability to the highest possible level.
The Palomar Continuing Care Center offers highly trained nurses who work closely with patients, doctors and family members, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
