The new Palomar Medical Center, which broke ground in 2007, is nearly complete. Thank you Palomar Health district residents for your support. 10 News featured the new hospital this week and used words like impressive, high-tech, designed with the future in mind, to describe this 11-story jewel in west Escondido.
