Pacific Medical Buildings is the selected developer for the medical office building.
The property requires rezoning to establish the outpatient medical center. Palomar Health has been working through the City of San Diego review and approval processes. The project and necessary rezoning requests received unanimous recommendation from the City of San Diego Planning Commission on April 19, 2009. The project is expected to be presented to the City Council for approval in the summer of 2009.
