Plans include a 38,000-square-foot medical office building located on Main Street between 13th and 14th streets.
Anticipated services and programs:
- Adult and pediatric primary care physicians
- Urgent care center
- Lab draw center
- Radiology services
- Health education and prevention classes
Pacific Medical Buildings is the selected developer for this outpatient medical facility.
Development on this site does not require rezoning, however, the project requires County of San Diego approval.
The project has be presented to the Ramona Planning Group as well as several subcommittees pending additional presentations, the project will then qualify for county approval.
The goal is to open the facility in summer 2010.
