Palomar Health Diabetes Services offers classes that are designed to help individuals with diabetes improve their health status and quality of life. Our caring and experienced staff of dietitians and registered nurses will help implement lifestyle changes for patients with diabetes and their families, including healthy eating, exercise regimens, and instruction on the most effective way to take medications.

FREE Pre-Diabetes Education Class - Pre-diabetes, or what used to be called "borderline diabetes," is when a person's blood glucose levels are higher than normal. People with pre-diabetes are at high risk for Type 2 diabetes and also have a higher risk of having heart disease or a stroke. Sign up for this class to learn more.
