Easy and delicious Chicken Tortilla Soup

I don't like to cook... but I love to eat! If you're like me....too busy and "culinarily impaired,” let's help one another! I'll share my super-easy recipes with you if you'll return the favor! I'm looking for no-brainer dishes with very few steps, but lots of nutrition and taste. They also need to pass the "husband test." I'll try them out on Tom and report back. (And please include an occasional chocolaty dessert. I believe chocolate is a major food group! Right now I'm into soups, so here's an incredibly easy, recipe from my dear friend and workout partner, Rene.
Chicken Tortilla Soup
1-32-oz. box (or canned) of chicken broth (if you must...you can boil the bones from a Costco roasted chicken) 1-can black beans (drained) 1-bag fresh-frozen or 1-can can or corn (drained) 12 fresh salsa or 1-12-oz. jar of salsa (you decide how hot) 1-hand-shredded Costco (or your favorite store brand) roasted chicken
Combine all the above ingredients in a pot and heat to a boil, and then simmer.
fresh cilantro and tortilla chips. You can also add shredded cheese, avocado and a dollop of sour cream (or yogurt).
Quick and easy, and it's even better the next day. Ole!
