Located within select Albertsons/Sav-on Pharmacy stores in San Diego County, our certified Family Nurse Practitioners work in collaboration with board-certified physicians to provide care for you and your family members two years of age and older. If you have a health issue that worsens overnight or arises unexpectedly and your doctor is not available right away, Palomar Health Expresscare walk-in clinics can help.

When your time is limited and you need a quick response or immediate medical care, our team of health specialists at Palomar Health Expresscare locations are available. We provide a range of services, diagnosing and treating many common medical conditions and assisting with a range of medical needs including:
- Cold symptoms
- Ear infections
- Lab draw services
- Minor injuries
- Physical exams
- Select health screenings
- Skin conditions
- Smoking cessation
- Strep throat
Fully operated by Palomar Health, greater San Diego’s most comprehensive health delivery system, Palomar Health Expresscare Health Clinics are conveniently located, and open seven days per week with extended weekday hours. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-serve basis. Appointments are not necessary and most visits take about 20 minutes. We welcome your visit so you may witness first hand how we are specializing in you!
Convenient and Extended Hours Available
Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.; Lab Draw: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; Lab Draw: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Lab Draw: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Please note: Patients requiring laboratory services must be registered no later than 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and 3:00 p.m. on weekends. Clinicians are required to take a lunch break from 1:30-2:30 p.m. on weekdays and from 1:30-2:00 p.m. on weekends.
