Anuja Kamdar, MS

Anuja earned her master’s degree in communication sciences and disorders at University of Redlands and joined Palomar Health in 2003. She has worked with adults in acute care, outpatient, acute rehab, and skilled nursing settings. Her primary areas of interest are neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injury, and the assessment and treatment of voice and swallowing. Anuja also has a strong interest in community outreach. She has collaborated with community organizations such San Diego Brain Injury Foundation and Parkinson’s Association of San Diego, and has facilitated support groups for individuals with communication impairments at Palomar Health. Anuja strongly believes in empowering her patients to help themselves and move forward through challenges they encounter. She always strives to learn from her patients to provide the best experience possible, and enhance her clinical expertise.
