Brad Krietzberg Director

Director, Organizational Learning

Brad joined Palomar Health as the Manager of Pipeline Career Services in 2009. Under his leadership, the internship grew from 250 interns at its inception to about 700 interns by 2011 when his role expanded to Manager of Learning and Development. In September of 2012, he was promoted to his current role as Director of Organizational Learning, where he oversees system-wide education, staff mentorships and internships. Brad believes in the development of the future healthcare workforce, using the concept of “learning at the speed of me” by providing innovative, personalized education.
   
   

Russell Riehl, MHA

Business Director
As Director of Corporate Health Services, Russell’s responsibilities include oversight of daily operations, fiscal program accountability,system liaison, and program development. He obtained his Bachelors degree from Portland State University, and a Masters degree in HealthcareAdministration from Chapman University. As he advanced toward a leadership role, he held positions including Health & Wellness Coordinator andCorporate Health Specialist, where he developed programs in ergonomics, lift teams, and employee wellness.
