There are more than 800 parking spaces at Palomar Medical Center Escondido and parking is free. Visitors are asked to park in the white spaces and avoid parking in the reserved or other specially-designated areas. The circular driveway at the front entrance of Palomar Medical Center can be used as a drop-off and pick-up area. Please be sure to lock your car.
