Duties:
- Work at home, making items requested by hospital departments.
- Examples include surgical masks, surgical caps, baby caps, baby blankets, stuffed dolls, stuffed toys, hand puppets for children visitors, prayer squares, quilts and other lap blankets.
- Patterns and instructions are provided.
- Volunteers can sign up to work on items of interest to them.
Requirements:
- Ability to knit, crochet, or sew, including quilting.
- A desire to make things that will help hospital patients and family members.
- A spirit of cooperation to be part of a group of like-minded volunteers.
